This north shore Chicago brick home from the 1920's was reimagined through a total gut rehab into a classic space designed for today's family.
Rich hand scraped walnut flooring in intricate patterns sets the tone, along with era appropriate moldings and details. The home features marble fireplaces from 1880's France, exceptional art and antiques, yet still manages to feel welcoming.
In fact, it is the preferred hangout for the owners' daughter's friends, a testament to its inviting design.

This 23rd floor Streeterville Chicago condo presented a challenge in combining two units. Architects, contractor, designer and client collaborated closely to meld the spaces into a unified home suitable both for the couple as well as extended family and guests.
The result was a wonderful light filled space, incorporating a compilation of pieces from the clients' former suburban home and newfound city aesthetic.
